Maris Racal was beaming with joy and gratitude as she received her first-ever best actress award, which recognized her performance in her 2024 film “Sunshine.”
Racal was the recipient of the Best Lead Performance of 2025 accolade from the Society of Filipino Film Reviewers, as seen on her Instagram page on Tuesday, June 23.
“My first Best Actress win. Thank you [SFFR] for this recognition,” she said in the caption. “This will always be special to me.”
